Come costruire frasi corrette in inglese

  • come aggiungere dettagli, tempo e luogo

  • dialoghi realistici con pronuncia IPA

  • mini-narrazioni e situazioni quotidiane

  • esercizi pratici con soluzioni

Seguendo questo metodo, ogni studente può costruire frasi corrette e naturali, sia parlate che scritte.

1️⃣ Lo schema base: SVO (Soggetto + Verbo + Oggetto)

Regola fondamentale

Elemento Posizione Esempio
Soggetto all’inizio I
Verbo subito dopo eat
Oggetto dopo il verbo pizza

Frase completa:

I eat pizza.
/ iːt ˈpiːtsə /
Mangio la pizza.

Idea chiave: ogni frase inglese semplice inizia così.

Mini-narrazione

Situazione: Sei a colazione e parli con un amico.

I drink coffee every morning.
/ drɪŋk ˈkɒfi ˈevri ˈmɔːrnɪŋ /
Bevo caffè ogni mattina.

Dialogo realistico

Friend: What do you eat for breakfast?
/ wɒt duː juː iːt fɔː ˈbrɛkfəst /
Cosa mangi a colazione?

You: I eat toast and drink orange juice.
/ iːt təʊst ənd drɪŋk ˈɒrɪndʒ ˈdʒuːs /
Mangio toast e bevo succo d’arancia.

2️⃣ Aggiungere dettagli: tempo, luogo e modo

Posizione degli avverbi

  • Avverbi di tempo (today, now, every day) → alla fine o subito dopo il verbo “to be”

  • Luogo (at home, in the park) → alla fine

  • Modo (carefully, quickly) → dopo il verbo principale

Esempi:

  1. I study English at home every evening.
/ ˈstʌdi ˈɪŋɡlɪʃ æt hoʊm ˈevri ˈiːvnɪŋ /
Studio inglese a casa ogni sera.

  2. She reads books quickly.
/ ʃiː riːdz bʊks ˈkwɪkli /
    Legge libri velocemente.

Mini-narrazione

Situazione: Sei in biblioteca e osservi tua sorella.

She is reading a novel quietly in the corner.
/ ʃiː ɪz ˈriːdɪŋ ə ˈnɒvəl ˈkwaɪətli ɪn ðə ˈkɔːrnər /
Sta leggendo un romanzo tranquillamente in un angolo.

Dialogo realistico

Friend: What is Anna doing?
/ wɒt ɪz ˈænə ˈduːɪŋ /
Cosa sta facendo Anna?

You: She is reading a novel quietly in the corner.
/ ʃiː ɪz ˈriːdɪŋ ə ˈnɒvəl ˈkwaɪətli ɪn ðə ˈkɔːrnər /
Sta leggendo un romanzo tranquillamente in un angolo.

3️⃣ Costruire frasi interrogative

Yes/No questions

Schema: Ausiliare (do/does) + soggetto + verbo principale

Do you like pizza?
/ duː juː laɪk ˈpiːtsə /
Ti piace la pizza?

Risposte:

  • Yes, I do.

  • No, I don’t.

Question words

Schema: Question word + ausiliare + soggetto + verbo principale

Word Esempio Traduzione
What What do you eat for lunch? Cosa mangi a pranzo?
Where Where do you live? Dove abiti?
When When does the class start? Quando inizia la lezione?
How How do you go to work? Come vai al lavoro?

Mini-narrazione

Vuoi sapere dove vive un nuovo collega.

Where do you live?
/ wɛr duː juː lɪv /
Dove abiti?

I live in Rome, near the park.
/ lɪv ɪn roʊm nɪər ðə pɑːrk /
Abito a Roma, vicino al parco.

4️⃣ Negazioni base

Con il Present Simple

Schema: Soggetto + do/does + not + verbo

I do not like spinach.
/ duː nɒt laɪk ˈspɪnɪtʃ /
Non mi piacciono gli spinaci.

She does not speak French.
/ ʃiː dʌz nɒt spiːk frɛnʃ /
Lei non parla francese.

Con il Present Continuous

Schema: Soggetto + to be + not + verbo –ing

I am not working today.
/ əm nɒt ˈwɜːrkɪŋ təˈdeɪ /
Oggi non lavoro.
